Again I ask, why can’t the victims families sue the US GOVERNMENT for NOT DOING THEIR JOBS?? Their incompetence on this issue and enforcing existing laws because of political correctness is a disgrace. And why are the AMerican people tolerating this? Why are we allowing victims families to be pulled through a long, letigious process?? Where is their justice?
To: agrace
The NY Post today says that he is an Ecuadorian national. They are in touch with Mayor Booker’s office and likely have more specific info.

You're right. President Bush has plenary authority over the Essex County legal system and he administers it directly from his secret New Jersey Situation Room in the White House basement. Yeah I forgot, the Essex County legal system is in charge of the nations borders, silly me.

Yeah I forgot, the Essex County legal system is in charge of the nations borders, silly me. Anyone besides suspected terrorists on the no-fly list can fly into the United States. You don't know if the visitor is truly a visitor or if they are intending to overstay a visa and live in the US illegally. The President cannot read the minds of every foreign national.
Essex County was the government that discovered he was not just a visitor, but an illegal resident of this country. They did not approach the INS to identify him and initiate deportation proceedings.

From the article:
Immigration officials apparently were aware of Carranza's illegal status since his prior arrests, according to Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura

Immigration officials apparently were aware of Carranza's illegal status since his prior arrests, according to Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura An Essex County employee saying that it was the INS and not Essex County that screwed up.
I wonder if the INS has a different take on the situation?

FNC was implying he had a physical relationship with the 15 year old also arrested.
Since this is an illegal alien, this story is going to be burried now.

No bail for illegals. They should all stay in jail until their court date, as an unbendable rule.

Its New Jersey.
He’ll probably wind up with a college degree in law while he’s in jail.

If possible, families of these victims ought to file suit. In fact, they ought to join in with ALL the American families of victims of illegal aliens. We must find a way to force our government to do it’s job.

So far, I’ve found three threads relating to this horrific incident, and all three are under General/Chat???
Maybe it’s just a fluke?

Perhaps it’s at the discretion of the “mod” where the story is posted, I dunno. Seems a little strange.
