Did you just hear my van completely flipping out? I’m still shaking all over. It wouldn’t stop. I don’t know how exactly I made it quit.

There’s a “panic” mode on the key thingie, but so far as I know, that hasn’t worked in years. I’m hoping this was just a fluke, but the electrical bits have been a little wonky for awhile now...locks locking and unlocking on their own. If it does that again...ungh.

The last time I asked about fixing the rest of the electrical problems, they said it was too complicated to worry about. But freaking out like that isn’t something that can be tolerated.

My ‘85 Pontiac did that thing with the doors locking and unlocking on their own and I got the same response from the dealer as you have been given. I finally fixed it by just pulling out the fuse that as assigned to the door locks. Problem solved! LSA
