Medicinal purposes only, should be an integral part of his ‘shelter in place’ kit.
Another one?
Yah... sounds like a nasty one.

Yikes.
Oh, I know! I really think I’m going to love it! I believe it goes back to what nursing is really all about.
I should’ve put the “glorious” in quotes. What many people consider glorious would be things like Intensive Care, or Life Flight, which I don’t have the recent clinical experience to do either.
This position will give me the opportunity to slowly move back into the profession.
I sure did always want to be a Life Flight nurse though...
Heh heh...exactly. One never knows when their cholesterol might suddenly skyrocket.
When does nano start exactly?
Hello from Oklahoma!
I hope that storm doesn’t amount to much... and it may not, high winds at the coast don’t always mean we’ll see any of it. I sure hope not.
Would be a great time to go to the Astoria bar and watch the surf though!
Still quiet here, we may have t-storms here today and tonight. Their weather people freak out and post scare graphics as much as ours to about storms.
Good morning everyone... honey ping me when you’re up and have coffee in you and I’ll give you a call!
~Hair~
November 1st.
Good morning!
As I was zipping around yesterday afternoon in town getting my TB test and going to the library and picking up Steve’s truck from the shop, I wondered if by chance you might drive right by me and I didn’t even know it!
I had medical reserve corps training last night...we’re training for a potential catastrophe (like Plague, anthrax or some other sort of event that requires medicating the public quickly). As part of the practice, we’re giving out free flu shots on the 3rd of November.
I didn’t get in till after nine pm!
Me and Travis Meyer at the Tulsa State Fair a couple of weeks ago...
Ok!
Starting school now...will check back when I can.
Good morning! Been up since about 5, actually... my sleep pattern is still messed up.
Just saw a weather update on NWCN... said as of right now, the storm track has veered to the north a little bit toward Vancouver Island, which would make for less severe wind here. Here’s hoping it stays there, and doesn’t swing back to the south. ~Knock on wood~
That would be good. We should compare notes tonight and see what’s up.
I’m still in GH for the joory thing. I think we’re going to set up the generator tonight, so it’s easy to kick on.
Thanks, everyone!
Wow...I didn’t think the folks at work would remember, but they did. And they got me a red betta fish for my desk, with his own jar and plant and all — the other gals have one in their office, so we can share food, and they can show me how to change his water and that. I’ve been envying them their betta. Silly, I know, but they’re very cool little fish. And apparently pretty hardy; there’s one at one of the reception desks downstairs who’s been around for almost as long as I’ve been here. We never had that kind of luck with goldfish when I was little...
He’s gorgeous! I need to name him. And I’m gonna be totally distracted today. He’s showin’ off. ;-)
That was nice of them to remember. Makes you feel appreciated. The fish is cool too. I’ve had one of them on occasion. If ya wanna see something really cool, hold a little mirror up to his bowl and watch him strut his stuff.
