I know I could register bred to an Arab... :~)

Just wondered about an Appy and what the current rules are.

If I bred her to an Arab I’d want to breed her to a big Polish horse like Bay... Someone with just a little more movement and stride might give her baby a little more grace than her momma.

The ApHC doesn't have a half app registry, although we are trying hard to get it done. The only outcross that they accept is to registered TB, Arab or QH.

So far Sonny is 5 for 6 on color, don't know about the filly born this spring to someone else, I'll have to call and see. Sam is going to be a red roan. However, genetically, going by his color pattern, (sonny's that is) he shouldn't be capable of throwing 100% color. Who knows.
