Hair the shifting tints of a miser’s golden dream
Hands as soft as a thought and as light as air
Lips that whisper her need and my delight
A lovely image captured in my fading sight
Held in place within with such tender care
A memory among many that remains fresh it seems
As I wander the long road of fate to its sad call
