Food is the fuel of the body. It provides feelings of euphoria. This morning’s breakfast consists of:
- Eggs Benedict
- Country fried potatoes and gravy
- Choice of:
- Bacon
- Slice of ham
- Sausage patties or links
- Dollar size pancakes
- Assorted fresh fruits
- Assorted fruit juices
- Bagel, English Muffin, assorted breads
- Butter and assorted jellies, jams and syrups
- Assorted dry cereals
- Oatmeal
- Grits
- Coffee, Milk (White and Chocolate)
- Sweet rolls

“Where in the world is Miss Soaring Feather?”
Now I can’t say this is for certain, but a caped and hooded figure was seen sneaking into the Basilica of St. Peters, late at night, carrying a bag of ‘Jelly Belly’ jelly beans and the cutting from a rose plant recently from New York State. This same figure was later seen dancing at Club 57 in the same cape and hood, (now a bit travel wrinkled) Rumor has it that when approached by a reporter, this figure denied being Soaring Feather or anyone close to her.

It has been a tough row to hoe, however I do believe I am on the recovery road.
Thanks to everyone for coming in and rattling the furniture around.

LOL I love that little bird!!
I think it is just a matter of finishing the meds and resting occasionally will do the final trick for recovery.
I say Thank God for modern medicine and super bug killer drugs.
