I’ve known folks with the giant dog. Is it a mastiff, I don't know, it’s head was bigger than mine. The dog was very sweet and liked to be petted but when mom came home the friends said don't move really fast.

You’re wrong. Dogs are not viscous.

My mom’s friend has a Scottie that has failed puppy kindergarten 3 times. He’s not welcome back after trying to eat some of the other dogs. Shin guards and ear plugs are recommended at her house.

Yeah, I liked that series and a lot more than some of the stuff they are hyping to death these days. Ving is a good actor.

They're not. Some dogs may be vicious, but no dogs are viscous.

The only dog that ever bit me was a dachshund.

Some dogs may be vicious, but no dogs are viscous.

True.

However, some dogs are quite squishy.

Also Bull Mastiffs are not 200 lbs. They are 110-135 lbs.

Bull Mastiffs are also usually tackle and subdue, not maul. They are the best guard dog ever, also a great companion dog.

SOME INFO ON BULLMASTIFF

The Bullmastiff was obtained by crossing 60% Mastiffs with 40% Bulldogs in the country of England. Mastiff Bulldog types can be found in records as early back as 1795. In 1924 Bullmastiffs began to be judged. Three generations of breeding of Bullmastiffs was required for Bullmastiffs to be registered as purebreds. The Bullmastiff was used as a gamekeeper’s dog to track down, tackle and hold poachers. The dogs were fierce and threatening, but were trained not to bite the intruders. When the need for gamekeeper’s dogs decreased, the dark brindle dogs so good for night camouflage gave way in popularity to the lighter fawn coloration. It has been prized as a hunting guard, as an aid in army and police work, and is used as a watchdog by the Diamond Society of South Africa. Today’s Bullmastiff is a reliable family companion and guardian. It enjoys living with the family, with whom it comports itself well.
