I don't wear neon but I do wear the spandex on road rides, if you ever do any amount of cycling you'll find that they are necessary attire. It is function over form. For mountain biking and commuting I cover the spandex with a pair of shorts.
Cycling is great exercise and a fun way to travel (cycle touring) and enjoy the outdoors. I certainly try to say off busy roads but sometimes it is just necessary to get from point A to point B.
And Absolootezer0 has a point, too:
Thats the perfect wife.....
She could stand in front of the TV yapping and you would still be able to see the TV.
wo0t! exactly what i was thinking. :)
“Alarm Rider is one of those a-holes that likes to harass cyclists on THEIR roads.”
Well, where Einstein?
Typical of the snotty nature of “cyclists”, AKA alleged adults that think they actually own roads that are not built, meant or are functional for “cyclists” who are in fact, a hazard no matter where they go short of TRAILS that are meant for them.
This was a PET PEEVE thread. Try to get the concept.
