Well, I just happen to have one of my boxes open right now on the work bench. Unless they have different power supply locations in China, it still seems to me that he had some stretching to do to find his way to the power supply at the top of the case by accident even on the floor. And then there’s that thing about where he made contact. Short in the box most likely.
