You would need to build a new house around the system to get it to work properly. Other problems encountered have been the local water authority not wanting to hook up water without having a sewer connection. The system was invented in Sweden some years ago and is presently in use though out the country in private residences. The key to making money off of new technology is not in the forcing of people to use it, but to be ready once it is forced. Good luck with your grass, mine grew back from the last drought as soon as we got the first good rain. Now I’m back to cutting it once a week.

Then economically, I am better off staying in my house and paying the rates as they continue to increase. However, if better solutions present themselves, I will keep my eye on them.

Ah, I’m not worried one bit about my grass. As long as it is dormant, then I don’t have to mow it....Not only am I a miser, but I am lazy too!
