Linux is obviously the communist element of this story, else it wouldn’t even be a story. I’d rather no US tech go to China. in the same way we cut off the USSR. But if it is going to be allowed, at least Microsoft is working to make them pay something for it, unlike the Linux company Red Hat which gives the Chinese their code for free, and allows them to then rename and resell it as “Red Flag”.
