Cisco needs to upgrade there Ethernet ports all to 1Gig. 100Mb is fine up until you get to many people utilizing the network at once. Which in a Virtual and Terminal Server environment that is pretty much all the time 8-5. Will that is processing power on the switches is weak as well.
