Sorry to disappoint but Q33 NY was not the flight number of any of the 9/11 flights. Or any other flight. There is no verse in the Quran reading as you quoted. And no terrorist by that name. Snopes is your friend.

Perhaps you should run all of these statements by snopes:

You know you live in California when...
