Bush isin’t smart enuff to plan anything... You're right, but 9/11 as an inside job would have been a massive undertaking, with hundreds, likely thousands keeping mum to this day. LBJ couldn't have done it, Reagan couldn't, even the Mossad couldn't. But don't tell the true believers.
