BEVERLY HILLS, California — Fresh-out-of-rehab starlet Lindsay Lohan was busted on DUI charges early Tuesday for the second time in a matter of months — and cops said they found cocaine in one of her pants pockets.
Lohan, 21, was booked on two misdemeanor charges of suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a suspended license and two felony charges of possession of cocaine and transport of a narcotic, said Sgt. Shane Talbot.
She was then released on $25,000 bail.
Lohan was pulled over near the Santa Monica Police Department after authorities spotted her car chasing another vehicle, Talbot said.
Authorities conducted a field sobriety test and then took Lohan to the police department. Lohan's blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13, well over the .08 legal limit in California, cops said

This one is riding the self destructive express train to a disastrous trainwreck. I honestly don’t know what it will take to get her to get off at the next stop. I guess getting persona non gratis status in Hollyweird and some serious jail time and a lot of time with a shrink might do the trick. When this one does go to jail, and she will, they better put her on suicide watch.
It's already happened. She'd been cast in a movie entitled "Poor Things", but when her first stop out of rehab a couple weeks ago was Vegas, the bond company pulled the plug.
As for future movie projects for Lindsay, "that's going to be real difficult," says a casting specialist. "She will have to basically be willing to pay for her own insurance and the set of any movie. And that's if movie execs want to deal with that hassle. And if they do, it will cost Lindsay a lot of money. That stuff is not cheap. It would be a big chunk of whatever paycheck she would be earning from a set."source
AS IF there are no other hotties that can act. (And I don't think that she is attractive at all anymore!)
Well,I guess this is what happens when anything you want is a phone call away.
We need to care because our courts need to proscecute drunk driving CRIMES in all 50 states. Hundreds of thousands of people die every year because of drunk drivers.
Those deaths are hardly “accidents.” Unless someone can prove they “accidentally” got drunk, “accidentally” drove drunk, and then “accidentally” killed someone while they were at it.
As for Lindsay, some people don’t want to live sober. Ever. Hope I’m wrong but she’s certainly acting like she’s one of them.

I think she is still attaractive but in the next few years she will start to look very OLD!
Exactly what I was thinking. Her lifestyle is already taking a heavy toll on her physically and she’s only 21. It’s very sad but it’s a direction she chose.
