I just looked it up (cytomeglovirus) and apparently it is not only for premies but for those with lowered immunity. Looks like I will have to give more often!

I’m CMV- also. The blood service here (not the Red Cross) loves me to donate. CMV- blood is good for babies and cancer patients.
I’ve been donating platelets mostly lately. It’s time consuming but it gives me a chance to catch up on my reading.
