Our humidity is up slightly, into the 20’s, which means the monsoons are coming back. Probably by midweek.

It’s supposed to be 107 today, so people will be dropping like flies, with the humidity.

It’s a good thing I’m not going anywhere. :o])

One shot? Dang! I hope it does better today. I’d hate to have you miss the Pleiades. They’re always awesome.

Ugh.

I’m feeling pretty droopy this morning. The wind has picked up today, out of the east. Maybe we’ll get a real weather change.

107 isn’t bad if the humidity is 3%, but when it’s in the 20’s and 30’s or higher, we start to lose people.

Newcomers, especially. They don’t drink enough liquids and don’t recognize the symptoms of heat exhaustion.

And it’s OK to complain: I do it when the humidity is up!!

:o])

I always carry manuals of whatever device I’m using. I can’t remember things, and I know it, so it’s just insurance for me.

I’ve been looking at the weather this morning, and for some reason, I don’t understand anything I’ve looked at. *sigh* I hate when that happens.

I hope you get some cooling rains.

On the last trip I was glad to have a PDF of the manual on my laptop!

You've got: Low 83, High 105, partly cloudy to partly sunny, Relative humidity right now 17-231% (depending on source), will no doubt drop as the temperature rises.

49F, clear and sunny here

I usually put the manuals on the hard drive, too, in case I forget where I put the hard copy.

It paid off this week. I have a file folder of favorite patterns to crochet and everything in it is dog-eared. I found it a couple of months ago, and promptly misplaced it.

Since I’m going to be staying with a life-long friend when I go to the class reunion, I wanted to make one of the doilies for her kitchen table as thanks for the lodging. I’ve driven myself NUTS trying to recall where I put it.

Then I looked at my documents, and there it was. So I printed it out and I’m good to go!

(I’ve learned the hard way that my brain can’t be trusted to do the things I need it to do, so I find ways to trick it.)

LOL! 49 sounds positively COLD! Of course, I’ve lived in the heat so long that I’ve gotten to where 60 feels “chilly.”

LOL! It was a bit chilly when I went out for the camera this morning. It’s a bit early for temperatures like these, but then it’s been a relatively mild, wet summer. Unusual.
