I’m curious to see if they will even get the 3 years! It is disgusting.
They ARE in CA where animal’s lives are usually placed FAR above human lives. In this incident, I hope they are made an example and slapped with a severe punishment.
Doubtful since they are juvies.
The poor cat should be put down IMO.
