About twenty years ago, while we were chasing a gang member through back yards, we paused to ask an old Mexican man if he had seen where the suspect went. He stared at us for a while and then said "We're going to take California from you like you took it from us."

Police said all three victims were either gang members or gang affiliates. Good riddance to bad rubbish. If there were some way to fence them off and provide all the guns and ammo needed to fight to the last man, I'd be in favor of it.
