I use Benadryl on myself. Two tabs ans two bottles of the cheap red wine are the only way I can get any (fitful) sleep.
Now........how to deal with kids who play their portable DVD players loudly and without headphones???
I have yet to enjoy that.

Trust me. With a screaming kid and children’s DVDs loud enough to sing with, a cross country flight can be a real drag!
