IMHO, the fact that inmates could see naked pictures of the "face" of authority puts her and other guards in heightened danger. The inmates' probable reactions put the prison in serious jeopardy for a hostile workplace lawsuit.

I'm undecided as to whether they should have fired her, but I don't necessarily believe they were wrong, if you can understand the distinction. (Or am I babbling? ;-P)
