http://www.greengrassfilm.com/ "Green Grass" Synopsis: The grass is always greener..or is it? An ILLEGAL immigrant and an Irish-American, two competing yard landscapers, face a moral dilemma as they fight to do the right thing for their families.
Pinch Hit Productions, screen play & producer Karen Webb, 508-361-2571 email: karen.webb@comcast.net Co-producer Dawn Morrisey.."The screenplay also is personal for Webb's co producer Dawn Morrissey, a Waltham resident who is an immigrant from Ireland. Although Morrissey, 38, has a green card, many of her friends don't, and over the years they have encountered all kinds of problems as a result -- worrying about health coverage if they got hurt on the job, for example, she said. So the script immediately grabbed her. I could see the fact we could easily market this to the festivals because it's such a hot-button topic," said Morrissey, who helps run the Magners Irish Film Festival (formerly the Boston Irish Film Festival)."
SOUNDS ALITTLE BIASED AND PREACHY FOR MY TASTES!

On a side note: I read parts of a story on MSN (Tulsa's Illegal Immigration Wreck) and a man named Gary Rutledge made this statement that is on-point:
"You come in illegally; everything you do from that point on is illegal. And so it's almost impossible to get a drivers license or insurance so you just start breaking one law after another. I think its seductive. I think after a while ... you don't pay too much attention to rule of law that this country was established on."
