Man Disguised as Tree Robs New Hampshire Bank

Police are on the hunt for a man who robbed a New Hampshire bank on Saturday disguised as a tree, according to MyFoxBoston.com.

The suspect walked into the Citizen's Bank in Manchester with tree branches duct taped to his body and demanded money from the teller.

The teller filled a bag with cash and the suspect took off. A dye pack inside the bag exploded, the Web site reported.

Manchester cops described the man as a white male, between 45 and 50 years old, wearing glasses and

This requites more study . . . we need to find the root cause of this behavior.

I believe the branch in question is off of Elm.

The robber is probably just pining for a better way of life. That is why he needles banks.

Later, a Keebler Elf was found covered in red dye.

Did he get away with tree-fiddy?

A guy told me he was in a NH bank, doing business in the loan/mortgage area, and another customer in line looked around the corner, then said to the loan officer, "I think you're being robbed". "This better not be a joke" replied the bank employee. The guy said he looked around the corner, and said "There are two men with guns, wearing stockings on their heads...".
