Separating H20 isn’t new, but it has always taken more energy than HHO can produce. No indication here that this has changed.

A. Gasoline internal combustion engines run excellently on Brown's Gas but don't expect a self-running engine (water alone), because it takes over 10 times the power to create the Brown's Gas than you get out of the engine running on it.
Reminds me of the comic books I read as a kid. Hot Rod Comic books would warn you of the guy who would pull up, fill the tank with water and then throw two pills into the tank. Then sell you the pills when you couldn’t beleive it.
