I haven't tested Comodo BOClean & SUPERAntispyware yet, but I've read good comments about both, at various tech-related forums.
Dr. Web CureIT and McAfee Stinger do not require installation, so could be burned to CD on a second (clean) machine for use, if necessary/possible.

I would add CCleaner to that list. Sped my computer up quite a bit after installing and running (CCleaner also includes a registry cleaner which is safe to run as it’s not too aggressive, like many registry cleaners).
