I'm only guessing here of course, but considering how rampant Anti-Semitism is among the Left, I wouldn't doubt at all that it may have played a role here.
Few things in this world are as vile as a militant feminist.....they will justify any evil in the world in order to pursue their narrow and rigid agenda.
