I agree. Things should be done correctly. I am not saying that the animals should be bred just to be slaughtered for their body parts. I do believe with the technology of today, scientists could evaluate and manufacture those ingredients that are necessary for good health. I do not want to liken it to the embryonic stem cell hysteria that is currently going on. The thought of growing children in the womb or test tube just to sell their body parts to the highest bidder is sick. There has been in the news lately of illegal organ harvesting of people that are nearly dead.

People are saying the trade in organs is huge and that many Americans and Europeans are going there for cheap transplants. There have been allegations that some HMOs have suggested the trips to their patients to save the almighty buck.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely is the most frightening phrase that you’ll ever know. Don’t be an organ donor if you can help it.
