Gosh I've been wondering about this poor girl. How horrible. Well, with one foot at least she's got a chance to not spend life in a wheelchair. Maybe. Prayers for her!

Officials from the Kentucky Department of Agriculture said earlier this week that it could take many more weeks to determine exactly what caused Kaitlyn's injuries.
I'm guessing the poor girl's feet didn't just fall off.

Poor thing. Thirteen years old — what a horrible age at which to go through something disfiguring like that.

I am not saying this is the reason this happened, but many times bad things happen to us now, so good things can happen later.
I know one thing, if a Son of God came up to me and restored my missing limbs, I would be much more inclined to listen and obey their instructions.
Matthew 18:8 Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.

May the Lord sustain this young girl and her family through the many months ahead, giving strength and courage beyond measure.
