"Treo. Tried. Tested and Proven."

I'm on my second Treo. I love it. But at the insistence of one of my kids we went to the Apple store yesterday. Big mistake. It is everything the hype says it is. The only issue I had was the virtual keyboard is pretty hard to use, even compared with the mini keys on a Treo.

Still, I must confess. I was blown away. Now I have to figure out a way to get back into Cingular's good graces. After two years of legendarily lousy service and even worse support, I walked away and told them politely (really...but in no uncertain terms) that I would not pay their cancellation fee. It will probably take me until the second generation iPhone is released to convince ATT to let me back in.

I don’t think AT&T would have a serious problem with taking your money again. Also, the customer service has reportedly improved after the merger.
