Ok then, here’s the question. Someone has to ask it. How many Chinese Restaurants in the U.S. are using food imported from China?

I’ve been wondering that myself.

I’d sure hate to give up the General Tso's Chicken.

I guess it’s time to get out my wok and start making my own.

What about sushi? My favorite sushi place is owned, run and prepared by Japanese-American folks. All they do is sushi and Japanese dishes. I guess I’ll have to ask Mr. Yamato about his sources next time I’m there. He’s a very nice man and I’m sure he won’t mind.

And there are no Mexicans working in his kitchen like I’ve seen at some Chinese and Italian carry outs recently.

Same for my favorite Thai place, owned, run and prepared by real Thais. I’d also really hate to give up Drunken Noodles.
