I would have to argue that the first minute that is clearly on a given day is 12:00:00AM - 12:00:59AM, the minute that you speak of is clearly the second.

I am not going any deeper than to point out that our entire calendar system is based on the first year being "1", not "0".
Or were you one of those people who kept insisting the millenium started on January 1, 2000?

Whoever did the editing at Wikipedia wanted to make damn sure that the post didn’t go through until the date was safely, technically June 25. That’s what I make of the 12:01 anyway.
