I think he's good too. Not very nice, but definitely a white hat.

That picture, OMG!! Poor Dan looks miserable. LOL!

I'm thinking - if you're going to wear a leather vest - it better be like this:

Not like this:

Totally off topic but I want this shirt:

Without reading the posts, anyone else see this?

http://www.cnn.com/2007/SHOWBIZ/Movies/07/09/potter.rowling.reut/index.html

“Save Harry!”

JKR admitted that she could “never say never” to writing more books...

OK, maybe Ginny and Harry get a little busy in the room of requirement and Harry’s kid keeps up the good fight?

I think Peter hid it, he seems like he is an opportunist. When he runs away, I would bet he retrieved it to show loyalty. Quirrel killed the unicorns for Voldemort, iirc. I can’t wait to see what JKR fills us in on at Godric’s Hollow...

LMAO!! You are so right. It’s a scant few who can get away with the vest with no shirt look. Mainly bikers, wrestlers, bouncers, and Dog the Bounty Hunter. Everyone else should just stay away.

I’m not 100% certain, but didn’t Harry nearly get attacked by Voldemort when he was with a unicorn and Ferenze (sp?) shoo’d him away? It’s been a really long time since I read SS, so I could have that totally wrong.

BTW, it looks like they “re-did” the centaurs for OotP. I’m really glad, because they were pretty creepy in the first movie.

Yikes, here's her quote:

"I think that Harry's story comes to quite a clear end, sadly," Rowling said.

Doesn't sound to good for Harry does it?

Yeah, SS Firenze was scary. And apparently, he’s supposed to be hot since the girls are caught primping (not pimping!) before his classes.

Yep, Firenze saved him and then gave him a ride, which infuriated Bane.

I hope that’s not her attempt to prepare us. I wouldn’t be able to watch SS again knowing what’s in store for him at the end. But if he’s a Horcrux - I don’t see a way around it.

No it doesn't! But I can't believe Jo would be so obvious, either.

I think she's messing with us to the very end, and loving every minute of it. :)

Can’t argue with that!

I honestly don’t think Harry will die. It just doesn’t feel right.

With some fictional characters, you get a sense of doom: “Oh, shoot! The author’s going to kill off Whatsisface in the sequel, darn it!”

I don’t have that feeling about Harry Potter. I did sense it about Dumbledore, because it’s a standard element for the protagonist’s mentor to die, leaving the protagonist to prove himself conclusively without help.

Well, it could be that she ends the book after a fast forward of their lives.

FYI—just read Roger Friedman’s review(I usually like him) but he didn’t care for OoTP at all it seems. Of course, he admits to not reading the books so he doesn’t realize that his description of Harry in the movie is actually pretty much like he is described in the book! He also gushed about PoA movie director Curan and his great film. I have to say that PoA was the worst, in my mind, and a huge let down from the book. Oh well, I guess that’s why there is chocolate and vanilla. On a happy note for me, he raved about the twins and the fun they are in this movie...
