Of course this could have all been prevented if the neighbors had just stayed in their homes. I mean the pit bull was gentle as can be, so I'm sure the neighbors were teasing it. /s
I don’t understand. Why didn’t they call 911? How much damage can a pit bull do in, say, 45 minutes?
