There is a Mockingbird Lane in Dallas (near Love Field I think). Wonder where 1313 would be (one of those Earth satellite maps would probably show you...)

Mockingbird does go by Love. In the other direction, it goes through Highland Park, and by SMU. My mother used to live 2 blocks north, but I don’t remember the number. I think 1313 would be closer to Love than SMU.
1313 Mockingbird Lane in Dallas is just east (or northeast) of Brookriver Drive. That is east ( or northeast) of I-35. Mockingbird Lane runs southwest to northeast in that area.
