Milwaukee... yikes. And the woman in the video would have been much more convincing had she said young thugs, instead of youngsters.
I saw her in that interview. Like most elderly black people she was exceedingly polite, and I noticed that she hesitated and stuttered a little looking for the right word to use, and *youngsters* is what came out.
I got the impression that’s not what she really wanted to call them.
