Some stun guns emit an electric spark when they deliver the jolt of electricity.

Let's see. Two prongs and 100,000 volts running in between. Yeah, I'd say there's a chance for a spark. I wonder if the cops realized this, or if they were actually surprised when the guy burst into flames.
