Juneteenth is celebrated exclusively by the black population.

I am white, live in Texas and have been to Juneteenth celebrations.

Some of my (white) friends go to Juneteenth in Milwaukee. They tell me they get stared at a lot, but it’s worth it for the ribs and corn.
