Silvery glow illuming clouds beyond mountain's brow silhouettes topmost trees, Outlined shapes blackened by edge of orb rising slowly, majestically. Spreading her nimbus, dimming the stars, flooding valley with light soft, sweet and perfumed.
Dark drifting clouds obscure her briefly, plunging the valley again into darkness deep, black and velvet. Re-emerging she shines triumphant spreading her glory over Earth.
While we, mere mortals, stand entranced paying homage to Moon's eternity.

What a striking picture! I've saved it to ponder over when I'm feeling a not-unpleasant sense of melancholy!
I once had a wall poster that was of an old style sailing ship cruising beside an impossible waterfall drop off at night with a huge moon over the open sea.
It said "Dreams are adventures that lead us far from home, safe to shores long away", or something like that.
It looks something like your picture there. :-)
