As we get further into the political season, I wanted to post this chapter from Jame Allen's book "As a Man Thinketh." If you have never read this book, it is one of the best books I have ever read about self-control/self-improvement and I highly recommend it.

As you may have noticed, there is a serious lack of serenity and self-control in today's political world. The Left has actually been organizing based on their anger and, unfortunately, there are those on the Right who are afflicted with this viewpoint as well. So, in that light, I wanted to post this chapter for the consideration of my fellow Freepers.
