He has been trying to pass the exams since 1969, when an army recruiter told him it would improve his chances of being accepted into the military. Hopefully, he has changed that goal by now.

Am I missing something or does someone think it’s a bad thing when really dumb, hopelessly stupid people do not marry and procreate? That can happen only if they are female and attractive.
While I admire the man’s perseverence and optimism, I must admit that I’m tinged with a bit of guilt thinking that the world might not necessarily be a better place if he found a woman who was “marrying up” and they had a dozen children equipped with similar intellectual potential.
The gene pool is a bit brighter because of stories like this.
