If you wish to draw a comparison between a malicious insult to a citation of a personality quirk made in good fun,

I'm not sure that what happened to this kid - Most likely not to have kids - wasn't malicious. I read it to be. If not, OK. But clearly the kid thought it was malicious.

I've been told by another poster the kid was humiliated because he had misbehaved in class all year.

That's more information than I have.

When my daughter received her awards, they were always preceded with a brief explanation of what they were for and for allot of the awards, the title very loosely exemplified the reasons for giving it.

Perhaps the Most Likely not to Have Kids award was because the winner didn't like being around younger kids, etc..

The awards are generally attached to personality quirks, not physical or medical conditions and such.

It's becoming a nation wide trend but because of stories like this one I guess the "enjoy it while it lasts" rule is now in effect.
