You know, I betcha money there are Texas Horned Toads (Horny Toads) on that property, highly protected and endangered.

I wonder if we could get someone from the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department to declare it land that one cannot build on to protect the Horny Toads... might as well use their tactic.

CUTE.....,.in the late 60s, around T/A&M, we found them quite often, nice lizard....somewhat hard-to-keep/so catch-release.
