I have no idea what that was supposed to mean. Were they making the inference that the guy who went into the bathroom was going to do a Godfather type hit on Tony, and Meadow was going to miss it because she couldn’t park her car correctly? I’m lost.
they kept making you think-is it the guy in the work clothes with the hat?or the two young black guys?or the hoodlum -looking type who went to the can?is the shooter waiting for the daughter to come in so he can whack tony in front of his family?and they leave you hanging-maybe cormac mccarthy wrote the episode-he often has very strange endings to his novels-he’s the best living writer,but what do i know? :)

I think the idea is that your are nervous for him. Could be hit at anytime (like always), could go to jail (they said an indictment was near).
The end was just the end of another day with any of number possibilities for the future. I thought the ending was super suspenseful myself but surprised there was no resolution as to what if anything happens to him. Maybe the idea is that nothing does.
