I offer my sincere apology to the Serbian people for the actions of both the klinton and Bush 43 actions.
It’s not that Bush disdains Serbia, rather, he doesn't’t have time for it...i.e. Serbia is not on his agenda.
Too many other bigger fish to fry...Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran and N. Korea, domestic issues such as immigration, and so on.
