See my post in #830 and tell me if she is getting a fair shake.
involved defendants who had been arrested for drunk driving and later sentenced to jail after a probation violation or driving without a license.
. This isn't an "or" situation with Hilton. She drove twice on a revoked. The first time she signed a statement saying she understood that she wasn't to drive. The second time, she was speeding with her headlights off. She complied with NONE of her probation, not attending drunk driving courses or paying her fine. She had from Jan 15th to attend and pay. She ignored it all.
This isn't a case of overcrowding that she needs to be released early. She was in a special unit..........no overcrowding.
