I wonder if Paris Hilton really understands all of this.
Her comments (thru this entire episode) seem to be that of someone who thinks herself to be not only special - but someone who is being “picked on”.
I hope you’re right about this being a successful learning lesson for her.
Right now, her mind-set seem to point in the other direction.
While some have gotten lighter sentences, others have gotten harsher. Also, she got off easy initially but then chose to violate her probation, showed no remorse, and skipping community service among others. She was driving with her lights off. Lucky that nobody was killed.
What a difference comparing her reaction to that of Martha Stewart.
