Yup. She was given a pass and signed a statement that she understood she wasn't to drive. And she drove again.

Nope. But I've been reading FR and there seems to be some disagreement on that. It was posted that she COULD have gotten 90 days. She violated probation TWICE. They couldn't ignore the second time.
