A "screaming" Paris Hilton has been dragged off to serve her full 45 days in jail. Reportedly screamed and called to her mother as she was taken away. More.
No, that is a reasonable assumption.
> Clearly - the law & order types on FR cant cope with the fact that they are not treating her fairly. Clarity and fairness. They are sticking it to Paris, and that just sucks.
So, what would be “fair treatment” in your view, for somebody who has repeatedly demonstrated no regard for the Law or its consequences? To whom fines mean nothing? To whom “probation” is a get-out-of-Gaol-Free card? What sanctions can the Court apply to correct this behavior? What do you think she should be sentenced to?
If it is anything less than 45 days in the clink for recidivist scofflaw behavior, then I conclude that your legal friends and you are a large part of the problem with modern society. You’ve taken the “punishment” and “deterrence” out of sentencing guidelines, leaving meaningless mush.
She’s already had lots of slack cut for her, and instead of amending her ways, it is merely encouraging further offense. When will it stop? When she runs over and kills a kid, while in a drunken stupor?
I’d favor twelve strokes with the cat o’nine tails as a sensible sentence for scofflaws, with forty-save-one for second offense. But we can’t do that these days. More is the pity.
Sad thing is, getting her away from her family and other enablers might very well be the best thing that could happen to this chick.
She probably has “people” who tell her when to take her meds!
Paris Hilton has become the modern American “Marie Antoinette”. The whole display, with the nauseating media coverage has been totally disgusting and really says more about our culture than it does about Ms. Hilton.
I have no problem with where she’s housed. There obviously needs to be a special section. My problem is the people who act as though she’s being terribly mistreated. She’s hardly at the point to sing “Nobody knows the trouble I’ve seen”.
And from what I have heard about herpes, (no I don’t have it) outbreaks tend to come with stress, she must be having a real big outbreak.
Wal-mart... do they like make walls there?

Every woman should have four pets in her life. A mink in her closet, a jaguar in her garage, a tiger in her bed, and a jackass who pays for everything.

It’s traditional for an heiress to be raised in a sheltered way. No one thinks that’s true of me, but it actually was.

I don’t want to be known as the granddaughter of the Hiltons. I want to be known as Paris.

IMHO, you are realistic.
She also never did the education requirement.
Auch du Lieber! When did she say something like, “there’s nobody like me”??????

What is the shocking part is that she is 26 years-old, that makes her a full grown woman! By the way she is acting I would think she is a 14 year old suffering from PMS!
