The guy should be jailed for reckless endangerment, possibly along with the doctor who told him his strain of TB was not contagious. If TB weren’t contagious, there would have been no need for TB hospitals or for the Italian health authorities to issue a warning to him.
If someone he contacted gets TB, bump the charge up to assault with a deadly weapon (the TB germ). If the victim dies of TB, move on to depraved indifference homicide, or at least manslaughter.
TB Hospitals don’t exist anymore, but existed back in the “Good Ol’ Days.”
