I am so pleased you see that, and here's why, 'tis in me blood, 'tis in me blood! See the bonfire in the back? Each and every year the Finnish people celebrate Summer Solstice (Juhannus) with several days of festivities. On the Solstice the only time the sun does not set in Finland, a large bonfire is prepared on a raft in the middle of a lake. It is set on fire at dusk! Yes, Val halla! This is your hostess reading her work at Juhannus.
